Sparring partners
Sparring Partners was captured at the end of a photoshoot when the two horses, Morocho and Frank, were running free in the menage. The dust was kicking up and the late sun was glinting across their coats. Image obtained a Gold Medal at Toronto International Salon of Photography.
Equus
"Equus" – the classical Latin name for 'horse.' This image captures six stunning horses belonging to the talented Benjamin Atkinson. Originally photographed at the Cotswold Show with bustling ice-cream vans and brightly colored shops in the background, I was inspired to transform the scene into a more serene composition, allowing the horses’ beauty to truly shine. Faithful Friends was captured at a local ploughing match, and turned into a fine art edit in photoshop. Awarded a honorable mention in Italy and a judge's choice at regional federation.
